By accessing or using droidify.site , SAM (Android application manager), Marketplace, Applications, or related services , you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Acceptance & Modifications

Agreement: These Terms govern your use of the Site, Services, and all integrated policies.
Updates: DROIDIFY may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Conflicts: In case of conflict between these Terms and other agreements (e.g., Developers Distribution Agreement), the latter controls.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

Age Requirement: Users must be 18+ to create an account .
Accuracy: Provide truthful registration information and update promptly.
Security: You’re responsible for account activity. Notify DROIDIFY immediately of unauthorized access.
Suspension: DROIDIFY may suspend accounts at its discretion.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

Member Content

You retain ownership but grant DROIDIFY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with the Services.
Ensure you have rights to share content; comply with all guidelines.
DROIDIFY may set limits on content storage or availability.

DROIDIFY Content

The Site, Services, trademarks, and technology are owned by DROIDIFY or licensors. Do not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

4. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

Post illegal, harmful, or infringing content (e.g., defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory material).
Tamper with Site security, spam, or use unauthorized tools/scrapers.
Impersonate others, forge data, or interfere with other users.
Reverse-engineer software or transmit viruses/malware.

5. Disclaimers

No Warranty: Services are provided "AS IS." DROIDIFY disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability or fitness for a purpose.

Content Removal: DROIDIFY may remove content without notice and is not responsible for user-generated content accuracy.

6. Termination

DROIDIFY may suspend/terminate access without notice for violations.
You have the option to delete your account at any time.
Post-Termination: Content and licenses are revoked; DROIDIFY has no obligation to retain your data.

7. Liability & Indemnification

Limitation: DROIDIFY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (e.g., data loss, service interruptions). Liability is capped at fees paid to DROIDIFY.
Indemnify: Defend and compensate DROIDIFY for claims arising from your misuse, violations, or content.

8. Legal & Jurisdiction

Governing Law: Washington State law applies. Disputes resolved in Seattle courts.
Severability: If a term is unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede prior agreements.
